The Product Manager will create the basis for product promotion and sales in line with prepared marketing plan and approved budget for the products.
Monitoring all marketing activities as well as market analysis and developing the creative solutions to overcome business challenges in market in a close collaboration with sales and medical and logistic team.

Skills & Experience

  • Related Educational background (Medicine, Pharmacy and Veterinary)
  •  MBA degree will be an added advantage
  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience as Product Manager in pharmaceutical field
  •  Minimum 1 year’ experience as Medical Representative in pharmaceutical field
  •  Strong understanding of marketing and brand management concept and framework
  •  Ability to multi-task – to plan, organize and prioritize work to effectively meet deadlines
  •  Good interpersonal skills; Listening skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, negotiation, problem solving and assertiveness
  •  High teamwork value understanding and ability to work cross functionally
  •  Willingness to put in long hours of work and achieve planned objectives
  •  Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges
  •  Good written and verbal command of The English language
  •  Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)

Responsibilities

 

  • Establish and grow the women oral hormones’ business and the image of Atipharmed in the field of Gynecology in Iran pharmaceutical market through effective marketing support
  •  Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  •  Develop relationship with key target HCPs (KOLs, Influencers and Gatekeepers)
  •  Prepare launch plans and go-to-market promotional campaigns for Atipharmed product portfolio and ensure effective implementation of the same
  •  Develops and executes brand growth strategies and tactics
  •  Prepare Market Intelligence on product performance, customer attitudes and beliefs and competition.
  •  Develops the annual marketing plan based on effective market definition and segmentation
  •  Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
  •  Assist sales manager in yearly budget preparation and optimize utilization of available resources
  •  Support sales team with target HCPs group meetings, co-visits, on the job trainings to ensure and enhance understanding and execution of products’ strategies
  •  Ensure compliance with the visual identity of Atipharmed
  •  Support sales team in implementation of marketing plans and strategies
  •  Joint field work with the sales team to enhance execution of product strategies and also to analyze market needs and market development trends
  •  Collect and report information on competitor strategies
  •  Design cost effective promotional material/ tools to support sales/ marketing objectives
  •  Liaise with various departments particularly Medical, Regulatory and Finance
  •  Liaise with external vendors and agencies for conferences & ensure successful implementation of the same
  •  Advertising and Promotional Budget control
  •  Works with Finance and sales & Marketing Manager(S&M Manager) to monitor spending against budget/forecast.
